About Me

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with a strong passion for working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from INTI College Subang and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Cyberjaya.

During my clinical training, I completed my practicum at Genius Kurnia and Psycle Consultancy, where I provided psychotherapy and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. I was also placed at the Chronic Pain Clinic at Hospital Selayang, where I provided psychological support to patients coping with long-term pain and health-related challenges.

Currently, I serve as an Associate Clinical Psychologist at MY Psychology Centre, where I provide individual therapy for children and adults, as well as couple therapy. In my clinical practice, I employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs, concerns, and goals of each client. Alongside my clinical work, I collaborate closely with preschools and schools to support children, adolescents, parents, and educators in promoting healthy emotional, behavioural, and developmental growth, particularly in early childhood settings.

I also have experience conducting workshops and psychoeducational programmes for schools, parents, educators, corporate organisations, and community groups. My work focuses on children’s emotional and behavioural management, effective parenting strategies, fostering healthier family dynamics, and supporting overall psychological wellbeing.
